The Treasury Director oversee Circet America’s financial assets, daily cash flow, liquidity forecasting, and capital investments. They will be responsible for managing banking relationships, mitigating financial risks like foreign exchange fluctuations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitor daily liquidity, manage bank accounts, and optimize short-term cash flows.
  • Build and maintain financial models to predict short- and long-term funding requirements.
  • Design and optimize the company's capital structure, presenting directly to the CFO on debt capacity, dividend distributions, or equity funding.
  • Identify and hedge against financial exposures, including foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risks.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with financial institutions and negotiate credit or debt facilities.
  • Invest surplus cash balances and oversee corporate capital structures or debt agreements.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, manage internal controls, and support financial audits
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable (AR) to accelerate client collections, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and manage bad-debt reserves.
  • Ensure precise, multi-regional cash staging to fund payroll.
  • Evaluate financial clauses in master service agreements (MSAs), ensuring favorable payment terms, late fees, and liability caps.
  • Oversee widespread corporate travel and entertainment (T&E) purchasing card programs, maximizing volume rebates and policy compliance.
  • Act as the primary business owner for selecting, implementing, and configuring Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or banking portals.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
  • 10+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience, with a proven track record of managing bank relationships and cash forecasting independently required. Preferred experience in telecommunications or professional services.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) tools.
  • Elite spreadsheet modeling capabilities and deep administrative familiarity with corporate banking platforms is required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
