  • Partner with global business leaders to understand regional operational needs and harmonize technology capabilities across manufacturing sites and business units.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-regional team of Business Analysts and Technical Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Platform Engineering to ensure system performance, modernization, and integration within SAP and adjacent platforms.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, implementation partners, and global support organizations for technology delivery and service performance.
  • Define and track performance KPIs to measure solution adoption, operational impact, and product delivery success.

  • Deep experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, especially modules supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and order management.
  • Strong understanding of global business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, SIOP, and manufacturing operations).
  • Proven success leading global teams and delivering scalable enterprise solutions across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
