Job Summary:

The Director of Technology Enablement will lead efforts to boost market adoption of Supermicro's Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) and energy-related total solutions, building strategic alliances, enabling technology integrations, and meeting KPIs like revenue growth and market share. This role requires technical expertise and business skills to identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and align total solutions with customer needs in hyperscale data centers and AI ecosystems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for DCBBS and energy-efficient total solutions, focusing on liquid-cooled AI factories and sustainable power integration.
* Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, IHVs, ISVs, hyperscalers, and energy providers to support DCBBS and energy programs.
* Drive design wins and adoption for DCBBS by turning technical needs into business opportunities, including RFQs and pipeline development.
* Lead enablement programs for DCBBS, including training on energy-efficient systems and AI tools to cut costs and improve sustainability.
* Analyze markets to find energy-related opportunities, optimize DCBBS pricing, and track ROI via KPIs like ARR growth and energy efficiency.
* Mentor teams to innovate in DCBBS deployments, negotiate energy contracts, and launch joint initiatives.
* Manage channels and energy partnerships with incentives for sustainable total solutions to meet revenue goals.
* Facilitate executive engagements, audits, and events to speed up DCBBS market entry and secure key deals.

Qualifications:

* Expertise in at least two of the following:
- Data Centers
Experience with data center technologies, including liquid-cooled designs,CDU deployments, and high-performance compute programs.
Hands-on design experience at data center scale, including energy-efficient systems and cooling infrastructure.
Knowledge of data center energy management best practices, like optimizing PUE and using renewable energy.
- AI Software and Infrastructure Combined
Skills in integrating AI software with infrastructure, including networking, storage, converged, HCI, and cloud/edge deployments for energy-optimized DCBBS.
- Business Development Experience for Total Solutions in a Server Company
Proven record of driving $100M+ revenue through alliances and hyperscale sales.
Success in pipeline management, contract negotiation, and partnership building for DCBBS and energy total solutions.
Experience developing programs, including partner portals and KPI tracking for sustainable technologies.
- Carbon Free Energy Solutions
Expertise in developing and implementing carbon-free energy strategies, including renewable sources and micro nuclear reactors.
Experience in negotiating energy contracts with carbon-neutral providers and driving adoption of sustainable power systems.

* Additional Qualifications
- Broad experience in energy technologies, including micro nuclear reactors, alternative power systems, and utility partnerships, aimed at promoting sustainability.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $210,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
