  • Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the tech industry at a multinational organization.

Serving as the primary bridge between end-users including Security Operations and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and technical teams, this role manages the end-to-end life-cycle of security systems projects and deployments. This individual will establish structured intake processes, define comprehensive requirements, work closely with engineering partners, manage timelines, provide communications across all levels of the business, and institutionalize rigorous documentation and training frameworks.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

  • Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
  • Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals (e.g., GSOC, SecOps, regional partners), translating ambiguous operational requests and feedback into structured business requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.
  • Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure delivered systems meet operational benchmarks and match the original intent, while gathering feedback to drive iterative scaling.
