Technical Program Manager Description:
Lead program and project execution in a complex engineering environment. Coordinate cross-functional teams and IPTs through integration and test activities while managing schedules, risks, budgets, and program deliverables. Interface with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of program objectives. Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to track program performance and support planning, integration, testing, and delivery efforts. Required Skills:
Program Management or Project Management experience
Integration and Test experience
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Customer, Supplier, and Stakeholder management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and IPTs
