As Manager, Technical Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these solutions to life. You will lead implementation initiatives, guide pilot programs, gather user insights, and help ensure new capabilities are successfully adopted across the business.

What You'll Do
You will serve as the connection between product teams, technical teams, and business users, ensuring new solutions deliver real value in day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead pilot programs and phased rollouts for analytics, AI, and decisioning solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to translate user feedback into product enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, processes, templates, and reporting needs.
  • Analyze current ways of working and identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve them.
  • Facilitate implementation activities and business-focused Agile workstreams that support adoption and long-term success.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, data, and technology teams.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that slow adoption, implementation, or program progress.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $120,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
