Position Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this role isleadinga team of product managers to develop a consolidated vision for the Convenience & Fuel Retail portfolio, and a market validated roadmap to realize that vision. This will be done in partnership with engineering, design, and professional services. The successful candidate will be asked to lead a team to balance multiple priorities including:

Defining a portfolio & roadmap that meets market needs in a very fragmented market Building a customer-friendly migration path from NCR Voyix's large install base to this next-gen solution Identifying extension points / plug points to enable customers to customize their point of sale around key points of variability Enable our worldwide sales team and partner network to confidently and effectively sell our point of sale offerings

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable to build and lead a team to perform the following:

Build and maintain prioritized product backlog informed by:

  • Product strategy
  • Primary research (Customer feedback & interviews, win/loss analysis, surveys, etc)
  • User research (in partnership with User Experience Design)
  • Competitive analysis
  • Secondary research (analysts, etc)

Enable sales & go to market teams to successfully market & sell your product Manage product lifecycle for all POS offerings (pilot, GA, end of support, end of life, etc.) Recruit customers toact as "advisor users" to co-create innovative products Participate in customer meetings to act as Subject Matter Expert, and to understand market needs. Roadmap definition & release management Write product requirements documents Define pricing, packaging, commercial strategy Perform market research Meet customers for needs analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Payments industry (processing, gateways, etc.) Experience in the Retail industry MBA BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
