Sports Camp Leader

 YMCA of Collier County, Inc. -Naples campus 

 Do you love sports, teamwork, and working with kids? Jointhe YMCA of Collier County and help create an action-packed, positive, and safesummer experience for campers in grades K-8!

 The Sports Camp Leader plays a key role in deliveringhigh-quality youth programming that promotes skill development, sportsmanship,and healthy living. Working under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, thisposition provides direct supervision of children, leads engaging sportsactivities, and helps maintain a fun and structured camp environment.

 Responsibilities:

  •  Provide direct supervision and ensure the safety ofcampers (K-8th grade)
  •  Lead and implement organized sports activities and dailycamp programming
  •  Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development
  •  Maintain program areas, equipment, and supplies
  •  Follow YMCA policies and procedures at all times
  •  Build positive, professional relationships with campers
