A Director of Student Conduct oversees the administration of a university or college's student conduct code. Their responsibilities include managing disciplinary processes, investigating reports of student misconduct, developing educational programs about community standards, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. They also advise campus partners on best practices, support students' personal development, and may lead training or outreach for faculty, staff, and students.
