This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced structural engineering professional who wants meaningful project ownership, direct client interaction, and a clear path toward structural department leadership.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with supportive leadership, guide talented engineers, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of the structural engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned structural engineering projects, including larger and more complex work.
- Lead structural design efforts and oversee production of accurate, code-compliant construction documents.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables in coordination with internal project managers and external stakeholders.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide engineers through design, production, technical problem-solving, and professional development.
- Support business development through structural fee proposals, client relationship management, networking, and market outreach.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure status.
