Role Overview

The Director, Corporate Services Sourcing is a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class, Corporate Services team.

This role leads the Sourcing teams dedicated primarily to supporting Travel, M&E, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, and International Sourcing.

In this role, you will lead teams to define and execute a multi-year sourcing strategy that delivers measurable value—driving margin expansion, cost discipline, and enterprise scalability—while partnering closely with Technology, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.

This leader will elevate sourcing as a strategic enterprise capability, shaping investment decisions, optimizing supplier portfolios, and embedding governance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead teams to create and execute a multi-year sourcing strategy aligned to company growth, product roadmap, and financial targets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all Corporate Services investments and supplier strategies
  • Build and lead a high-performing sourcing team, driving capability development and organizational scale
Category Management & Value Delivery
  • Drive proactive, strategic insights through a Category Management structure
  • Lead team to develop sourcing strategies across all corporate services categories
  • Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, multi-year commercial roadmaps, and licensing strategies
  • Deliver measurable outcomes across:
  • o P&L savings
  • o Cost avoidance
  • o Working capital optimization
Supplier & Commercial Management
  • Lead and support complex enterprise negotiations with key suppliers
  • Establish and manage executive-level supplier relationships
  • Enable supplier-backed innovation aligned to business priorities
Governance & Operating Model
  • Support the modernization of procurement through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled insights
  • Strengthen alignment across Procurement and enterprise functions
Transformation & Analytics
  • Implement data-driven spend visibility and forecasting, leveraging AI-enabled analytics where appropriate
  • Lead procurement transformation initiatives across tools, processes, and operating model
First 12–18 Month Priorities
  • Establish a category-led operating model across Corporate Services
  • Rationalize Corporate Services supplier portfolios and eliminate duplication across categories
  • Deliver measurable savings and cost optimization aligned to margin targets
  • Implement structured governance across all Corporate Services spend and renewals
  • Advance procurement digitization (CLM, intake-to-PO automation, P2P optimization)
  • Strengthen cloud cost management through FinOps partnership
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing / Procurement, including across categories noted
  • 5+ years in S&P leadership role in managing and leading Corporate Services teams
  • Proven track record leading category management implementation with teams, along with enterprise negotiations and supplier strategies
  • Demonstrated success driving procurement transformation and operating model improvements

The pay range for this position is $145,600 to $209,300. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
