Job description

Director, AI Strategy & Transformation (New Brunswick, NJ)Responsibilities:
  • Shape and accelerate J&Jโ€™s enterprise AI and data agenda.
  • Partner with executives, AI leaders, and business stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Establish governance and operating models; translate AI/data priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • Drive enterprise alignment and execution through the AI Council (JJAIC) and Data Management Council (JJDMC).
  • Collaborate with council co-chairs to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate workstream/sprint sessions; manage portfolio (launch/close sprints; support sprint leads).
  • Monitor industry trends and convert insights into strategies and operational improvements.
  • Advise leadership on AI priorities, risks, and operating models; develop executive communications (business cases, narratives, decision frameworks).
  • Track progress, manage risks, identify interdependencies, and mitigate issues proactively.
  • Develop performance frameworks; own quarterly data quality index governance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, Chief of Staff, or strategic planning (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI and generative AI trends.
