Key Responsibilities:
  • - Define and drive business unit portfolio strategy aligned with therapeutic and enterprise priorities; translate strategy into product roadmaps and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • - Partner across commercial, Data & Analytics/AI, Business Insights & Analytics, Engineering, and business teams to define KPIs and deliver measurable value.
  • - Champion unified product vision across brands, therapeutic areas, and customer segments (HCP, Payer, Consumer, FRM).
  • - Lead execution with urgency; partner with delivery teams on programs/projects focused on speed, scalability, and quality; build planning, tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • - Drive initiatives across product launches, digital experience modernization, AI-enabled transformation, and workflow automation; make trade-off/prioritization decisions.
  • - Act as liaison between business leadership and execution teams; communicate progress/risks/insights to senior executives via data-backed storytelling; align global/regional collaborators.
  • - Lead AI strategy: upskilling/AI literacy, define/implement AI roadmap, identify/prioritize high-value AI use cases, foster AI-first culture and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • - Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • - Required: 10+ years in commercial pharma, consulting, product management, or digital transformation; thought leadership across Payer, HCP, and Consumer.
  • - Required: Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • - Required: Demonstrated track record leading with AI (AI/analytics/data-driven product innovation).
  • - Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • - Skills/Experience: Strong communication/influence; experience in global/matrixed environments; understanding of regulatory/compliance considerations; urgency and thought leadership in commercial AI.
