JOB SUMMARY
The Health System Planning department plays a leading role in the development and expansion of UT Southwestern healthcare programs and facilities through a blend of strategic, financial, and operational planning/analysis.
In the Director role, you will work as an individual contributor under minimal supervision to lead cross-functional teams by authoring strategic, financial, and operational plans that have an organizational impact on targeted programs/service lines and their long-term success, typically juggling several projects concurrently in an accountable and/or responsible role. - Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience
8 years of progressively responsible, related experience to include at least two (2) years in a leadership capacity. An equivalent combination of education and/or directly related experience may be considered in lieu of stated requirements.
Experience independently developing financial models to forecast volume, payor mix, charges, reimbursement, operating expenses, capital investment, and return on investment (IRR, NPV, payback period, breakeven).
Operational Modeling
