This role's primary focus will be on supporting Virtuoso Enterprise implementations for existing customers, ensuring successful adoption, value realization, and alignment with each client's strategic business objectives. By analyzing customer journeys, product performance, usage trends, and feedback, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes, drive ROI, and strengthen long-term customer success.

Success in this role requires strong project management expertise, the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and exceptional executive-level communication and organizational skills. • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Service, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to resolve complex challenges and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities for customers to maximize the value of their property management software investment through proactive guidance, performance insights, and strategic planning.
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction by addressing critical issues, mitigating risk, and developing action plans that strengthen client relationships and reduce churn.
  • Champion customer outcomes by translating client feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations that improve products, services, and operational effectiveness.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Eight (8) years of experience in multifamily housing, property technology, or a SaaS organization
  • Five (5) years of experience in client-facing roles demonstrating leadership and problem resolution
  • Proven success independently managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proven success translating client goals into measurable outcomes using data and product insights
  • Experience influencing client decisions and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Strong experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and touchpoints
  • Ability to understand the big picture, identify key trends, and develop long-term strategies
  • Strong influencing skills with experience guiding client decisions
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong customer empathy balanced with advocacy for business needs
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Moderate travel required (approximately 15–30%)

Ideal to Have:

  • Master's degree in Business
