We are partnering with a growing, people-first grocery concept that is redefining what a neighborhood store should feel like—fresh, welcoming, community-driven, and built on strong values.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in store conditions, and is passionate about developing people while driving strong business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management
  • Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development
  • Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time
  • Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in grocery or high-volume retail operations
  • Strong background in store-level financial performance, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Passion for fresh product, clean stores, and exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to lead from the front with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • A natural coach who builds teams and develops future leaders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of front-end operations, hiring, and labor management
  • Food safety knowledge with ability to maintain required certifications

Why This Opportunity

  • People-first culture that truly invests in its teams
  • Strong emphasis on fresh quality and operational excellence
  • Opportunity to make an impact in the local community
  • Clear path for career growth and advancement
  • Competitive compensation and benefits

If you're a leader who takes pride in building great teams, delivering a clean and fresh environment, and driving results the right way—this is the opportunity to step into something meaningful.
