Job description

The Store Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Store Operations on all Operations execution reporting and analysis. The Coordinator will support the Store Operations team in the data collection, reporting, analysis of key initiatives and ongoing operations execution; ensuring Store Operations reporting, to and from the Field, are timely, organized, efficient and strategic.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Process Execution, Compliance, and Procedural Analysis & reporting:

Work on the analysis and reporting of various Store Operations initiatives which will improve the productivity and profitability of the platforms including - SAP process execution, POS Sales Audit, Workforce Management (WFM), Daily Cash Worksheet, Customer Experience measurement, Training, and other to be defined reporting & analysis.  Completion of all reporting processes for the field with the respective Departments, including:

  • Develop Process and Procedure Mapping for all analysis and reporting.
  • Support the platforms in operational process execution.
  • SAP Processes (Replenishment, Site Set Up, Process Improvement, Process Execution)
  • Training compliance reporting from the Learning Management System
  • Producing operational execution & compliance tracking reports
  • Process Compliance (Receiving, No Scan, Claims, Price Discrepancy, PO entry, Sales Audit, etc)
  • Task & Communication reporting on the execution of tasks, timing, and execution of the defined communication standards from the Support Center to the Retail platforms.
  • Provide analysis and reporting to monitor the effectiveness of each department in supporting and executing the store/platform opening & closing process.
  • Analyze and communicate high level cost/benefit analysis for targeted initiatives as directed by the Senior Director, Store Operations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Internal candidates preferred.
  • Degree preferred – working toward or completed an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of retail Store Operations experience – Assistant Manager or Manager level preferred.
  • Prior analysis and reporting – SAP ERP System, Workforce Management, Communication, PowerBI, and/or similar operational execution systems & processes is preferred.  
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating statistical & analytical reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both cross-functional corporate and field resources.
  • Position location: This position is based in the Atlanta Support Center, Vinings, GA
