What You'll Do
As the Senior Director of IT Operations and Service, you will oversee and enhance all IT operations, ensure seamless IT service management, and streamline operational efficiency. Other duties include:
  • Accountable for end-to-end management of global IT services, whether delivered internally or sourced externally including technical & Infrastructure management (SaaS, Integration, SAP Basis, Pathing)
  • Manage Service Delivery teams (service Desk, Field Engineering)
  • Provide a Service Integration and Management framework.
  • Tracking, managing, and optimizing the IT resources and infrastructure across physical locations.
  • End to end Platform and Applications Lifecycle Management. Managing the full life cycle of assets from acquisition, operation - (SAP, PC, 3rd party apps, Microsoft etc.) including operational change management (i.e. general upgrades, maintenance activities)
  • Data Network Management (all routing, firewall, logical networking components)
  • Accountable for managing the 'non-strategic' vendors and their governance.
  • Defining and meeting the requirements of SLAs
  • Technology Service Management - Managing the provision of technology-based services to meet defined organizational needs
  • Asset Management - Managing the full life cycle of assets from acquisition, operation, maintenance to disposal
  • Platform and Application Management - Delivering management, technical and administrative services to support and maintain live applications
  • BAU vendor management - Managing and controlling the operation of formal contracts for the supply of products and services

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, service management or a related field, with substantial experience in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to manage IT services and operations across a global organization.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL framework, network operations, cloud computing, cybersecurity, system administration, disaster recovery, and data center management.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies affecting IT operations is also crucial
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
