Sam Leman Ford in Bloomington is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges the gap between our sales, finance, and detail departments to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless buying experience-from scheduling appointments to preparing vehicles and assisting with the final delivery process.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
  • Follow up with customers before and after their dealership visit
  • Coordinate sold vehicle deliveries with customers and the sales team
  • Ensure sold vehicles are detailed, fueled, inspected, and delivery-ready
  • Work with the detail department to prioritize vehicle preparation
  • Assist the Finance & Insurance department with organizing deal paperwork and required delivery documents
  • Verify all paperwork is complete prior to customer delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
