Job description

We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to help build and expand our automation capabilities using UiPath.
This role will work directly with the VP of IT and Digital Engagement to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential, ideal for someone who wants to develop deep expertise in RPA, ERP systems, APIs, and business process automation.
The ideal candidate has foundational UiPath experience, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in understanding and improving real-world business processes. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21, Microsoft SQL Server, and API integrations is highly desirable.
In this role you will:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath
  • Work directly with business stakeholders and the VP of IT to identify and automate processes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
  • Integrate automation solutions with APIs, ERP systems, and databases
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange and system integration
  • Monitor and support production automations, including troubleshooting and enhancements
  • Develop reusable components and contribute to automation standards/frameworks
  • Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions
  • Assist in expanding the company's automation roadmap

What you bring to the table:
  • 0-3 years of experience in RPA, automation, or software development
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio required; Orchestrator a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals (loops, variables, error handling)
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP requests)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly and translate them into automation
  • Strong communication skills
  • UiPath certification (Associate or Developer) preferred
  • Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with structured data preferred
  • Experience working with APIs (authentication, endpoints, data parsing) preferred
  • Exposure to OCR or document processing preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel automation and data transformation preferred

Compensation details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
