The RCM AI Enablement Manager will serve as the primary bridge between operational excellence and emerging technology - identifying, evaluating, and accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across our RCM department to deliver tangible efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved outcomes for both internal teams and our client base.

Essential Job Duties:
Process Analysis & AI Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing RCM processes - including billing, coding, claims management, denials, and collections - to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases, quantifying expected cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, and finance teams to validate findings and secure alignment on prioritization
  • Establish baseline metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives over time

AI Education & Adoption Enablement:
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources that build AI literacy and confidence across the RCM department
  • Serve as an internal champion and subject matter expert for AI tools and methodologies relevant to revenue cycle operations
  • Drive change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new AI-powered workflows, addressing team concerns and resistance proactively
  • Create and maintain accessible knowledge resources - guides, FAQs, and playbooks - to support ongoing team self-sufficiency

Product Intelligence & Strategic Planning:
  • Act as the primary RCM liaison for upcoming AI-related product releases, maintaining close relationships with product management and technology teams
  • Evaluate new product features for operational impact and develop actionable utilization plans specific to RCM workflows and client needs
  • Communicate upcoming changes and opportunities to RCM leadership and staff in a timely and clear manner
  • Partner with client-facing teams to develop strategies for introducing and supporting AI capabilities within the client base
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed by leadership

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or automation tools as applied in a healthcare or technology environment
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as natural language processing (NLP), robotic process automation (RPA), or predictive analytics
  • Background in training development or instructional design
