As the Director of Sales for Western Canada, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for your territory. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Canada, you will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Pay Range Based on Experience: $150-200K
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new geographic areas, industries, and customer segments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to enhance product offerings, improve service delivery, and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and drive accountability.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
