What It Takes to Win in This Role

Client Account Administration

  • Maintain existing client accounts and process new account applications.
  • Ensure accuracy of account data and documentation, following data governance standards.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as primary point of contact for account-related inquiries.
  • Resolve client concerns by partnering with internal teams and escalating complex issues appropriately.

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Validate necessary documents and update systems accordingly.
  • Maintain high data quality, correct errors, and meet departmental performance standards.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of customer service or operations experience in financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RIA or wealth management operations experience.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity).
  • CRM system experience.
