OPPORTUNITY

The Bahnsen Group is hiring an Associate Private Wealth Advisor out of their Phoenix, AZ office. This is a client-facing position focused on providing financial and investment advice. This is a client-facing position focused on providing financial and investment advice. This role starts as a hybrid position between financial planning and relationship management as an advisor. The vision is for this individual to become a Private Wealth Advisor within 24 months of their start date.

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Assist in plan construction, data input, data gathering, aggregation, and plan generation as a support to our Private Wealth Advisor Group
  • Serve as the dedicated financial planner to the Phoenix Private Wealth Advisors
  • Utilization of e*Money financial planning software
  • Supporting client administrative needs around e*Money
  • Ability to create robust financial plans and formulate recommendations for clients
  • After training and development (target 2-4 months): Enter into client advisory role whereby business development and relationship management are expanded

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-10 years of work experience (preferably in financial services or an RIA)
  • Expectation of growing into a Private Wealth Advisor in the coming years
  • Strong interest in pursuing the CFP® credential (preferably already has a CFP® or has already started the process but does not need to have the designation for hire)
  • A strong understanding of financial planning concepts – tax, estate, retirement, insurance, cash flow planning, etc.
  • Accurate, organized, and highly detail-oriented
  • An effective communicator who is highly responsive and can provide thoughtful advice to clients
