SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock replenishment.
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged or defective materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and tablets.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Follow established operating procedures while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Dependable work ethic with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the workday.
