Job Summary:

As the Senior Director, Revenue Growth, you will establish and lead Visual Edge IT's national inside revenue organization. You'll develop scalable sales processes, build a culture of accountability and performance, and create a repeatable pipeline generation engine that fuels company growth.

This highly visible executive leadership role partners closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Regional Sales Leadership to optimize every stage of the customer acquisition journey while developing the next generation of sales leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement a repeatable inside sales operating model that consistently generates qualified pipeline and drives revenue growth.
• Develop outbound prospecting strategies, messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, and prospecting methodologies.
• Establish KPI dashboards, forecasting disciplines, CRM standards, and sales inspection rhythms that improve execution and forecast accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new sales technologies and process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a national team of Growth Account Executives.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered around pipeline generation, customer acquisition, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop structured coaching programs, performance management processes, and career development plans that elevate individual and team performance.
• Build leadership bench strength by mentoring future sales leaders.
• Partner closely with Marketing to optimize demand generation campaigns, messaging, buyer personas, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve analytics, reporting, forecasting, and sales productivity.
• Work alongside Product Management and Sales Engineering to strengthen enablement and solution positioning.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Leadership to ensure seamless opportunity handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive predictable pipeline generation and sustainable revenue growth.
• Improve opportunity conversion rates and customer acquisition performance.
• Ensure CRM adoption, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and operational discipline.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs and continuously refine sales strategies based on data and market insights.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience within technology, managed services, SaaS, or other recurring revenue environments.
• 5+ years leading inside sales, business development, revenue generation, or outbound prospecting organizations.
• Demonstrated success designing scalable sales processes and building predictable pipeline generation engines.
• Experience implementing CRM best practices, sales engagement platforms, reporting dashboards, and modern sales technology.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
• Experience leading revenue growth initiatives within Managed Services, Managed IT Services, SaaS, Managed Print, or other recurring revenue business models, with a strong understanding of consultative technology sales and long-term customer value.
• Proven success building or transforming inside sales, business development, or centralized revenue generation organizations by implementing scalable processes, modern sales methodologies, and disciplined operating rhythms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Regional Sales, and Service Delivery teams to improve pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, and overall go-to-market execution.
• Experience leading sales transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and leveraging data, technology, and performance metrics to create predictable, sustainable revenue growth.
