Our Director focus on developing a strong team and strong leaders to partner with in order to fulfill our vision of being LIGHT to our community by being the most caring business in Wendell and surrounding communities. A Director is responsible for a particular area or depart in the business. Areas could include something like AM Front of House, PM Front of House, AM Back of House, PM Back of House, Talent (recruiting/onboarding), Maintenance, Inventory, etc.

Director Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead shifts in both FOH and BOH
  • Strong understanding of the daily operational systems throughout the restaurant
  • Engagement and participation in day to day operations in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
  • Create a great experience for guests and team members
  • Set the tone for the business through consistent attitude and effort
  • Work well with fellow leaders and team members in pursuing operational excellence
  • Availability to open or close, lead shifts, key holder

Qualifications and Requirements
