Job description

About the Role

You will lead the “translation layer” of the Dynamic Audit Solution (DAS), converting complex audit methodology into intuitive, cloud-based software. You will manage a high-performing team of Agile Product Owners, Business Analysts, and User Experience (UX) experts and be accountable for product roadmap health, delivery pipeline efficiency, and team development. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management. Work can be hybrid or fully remote.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to deliver the DAS vision and coordinate with our technology partner across all workstreams.
  • Manage the delivery pipeline, ensuring a smooth flow of content to scrum teams and removing bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leading projects to enhance story definition, user scenario development, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with Methodology and Quality team leads to ensure the product reflects risks, controls, and standard‑setter requirements (PCAOB, ISA, GAAS).
  • Champion strategic requirement management, working with executive partners to align the product backlog with customer needs, strategic goals and the DAS transformative vision.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple related engagement solutions.
  • Create a “User‑First” design philosophy, using UI/UX designers to incorporate high‑fidelity mockups and usability testing results into the development process.
  • Be the DAS Subject Matter Expert, presenting product features and the work of scrum teams to internal partner groups and external audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of “smart” content, including checklists and automated auditing documents, ensuring they apply the intended technical designs.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in public accounting, audit methodology, or software product management (with at least 5 years in a leadership role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science/IT.
