Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and trust, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys while adhering to all professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address any concerns, and discuss next steps in their treatment plans, including timely discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they are actively involved in their recovery process.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Perform initial intake assessments to gauge the mental health status of new clients and determine suitable treatment paths.
  • Provide a minimum of individual therapy sessions weekly, enhancing clients’ coping strategies and overall mental health.
  • Engage in ongoing individual supervision to continuously improve clinical skills and address challenges encountered in practice.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and new methodologies to enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will cater to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families, who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to understand their unique narratives will be crucial in fostering their recovery. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Washington State is essential.

  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, RMS platforms, Outlook, and specifically PIMSY software for clinical record management, is necessary.
  • Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is critical.
  • Comfort with performing comprehensive intake assessments as part of the initial client evaluation process is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with best practices in telehealth service delivery and remote therapy processes could enhance candidate suitability.
