  • Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, including discharge decisions when appropriate.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and goals effectively.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing direct psychotherapy services in alignment with best practices.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, and practice management software like PIMSY.
  • Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Comfort and skill in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.
