Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity, while providing support to our outpatient population in Yakima, Washington. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to adults, children, and families, focusing on assessments, counseling, and personalized treatment plans. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to valuing our mental health professionals.

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure effective therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, including discharge decisions when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and goals effectively.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing direct psychotherapy services in alignment with best practices.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and development.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including adults, children, and families, each navigating a variety of mental health challenges. As a mental health professional, you will engage with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, and practice management software like PIMSY.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and skill in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

• Demonstrated ability to implement effective therapeutic interventions within an outpatient framework.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse client populations.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
