This position is fully remote, requiring candidates to be based in California. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a strong work-life balance within a supportive and flexible environment.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations to assess the needs and challenges of clients, guiding them towards positive outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic support through remote counseling sessions, tailoring your approach to fit the unique needs of each individual.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and track client progress over time.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, connecting them to necessary resources and support systems within the community.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inspiration Point Behavioral Health, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, emotional distress, and those needing guidance in navigating life's transitions. • A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California are essential.

• Strong technical skills are necessary, as you will be utilizing telehealth platforms and software for virtual sessions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.

While not mandatory, experience in a community health clinic setting or working with underserved populations is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and a background in crisis intervention are additional assets that will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
