Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of patients, formulating individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and motivational interviewing tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate patient care and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to continuously improve care quality and patient outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, encouraging engagement and proactive involvement in their mental health journeys.
• Stay current with the latest research and innovative practices in the field of mental health to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses working with a diverse demographic, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
