• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients dealing with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, specifically tailoring interventions to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage with clients in both office and community settings, enhancing access to mental health services while establishing trusting relationships that foster vulnerability and healing.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to evaluate clients’ needs accurately, ensuring timely development of treatment plans that are responsive to both clinical and personal goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to design integrated care plans that connect clients with essential services and facilitate smooth communication among all parties involved.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts effectively, demonstrating sound judgment and skills in high-pressure situations to stabilize clients as required.
• Monitor and review client progress by assessing admission criteria, continuing care requirements, and ensuring appropriate discharge planning, fostering a seamless transition to independence.
• Maintain meticulous records, including assessment notes and treatment updates, and submit timely reports to comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery and overall quality enhancement across the agency.

This role is primarily focused on working with clients in hospice care who may face complex emotional and psychological challenges related to serious illness. You will support patients and their families through the grieving process, assist in crisis situations, and deliver empathetic care that acknowledges individual beliefs and cultural backgrounds.

• A valid LCSW license, demonstrating expertise in clinical social work practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities, underscored by a knack for meticulous planning and execution of comprehensive care strategies.
• Depth of knowledge concerning age-specific and specialized needs within diverse populations, ensuring effective engagement and care delivery.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or hospice environment, with specific expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for assigned populations.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis management, showcasing the ability to respond adeptly to urgent client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
