• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring compassion and ethical practice in patient interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively engage clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments and feedback, continually adapting strategies to facilitate progress.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships through constructive dialogue and therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms to face life's challenges.

You will primarily serve adult clients with stable, low-acuity mental health needs. Your role is vital in assisting those who may be experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, stress, or relational issues. By fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, you will help guide clients through their concerns while enhancing their quality of life. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R)
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, with a track record of successful outcomes, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathetic engagement with clients.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are essential for effective service delivery.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in school settings or working directly with educational institutions will find this position particularly rewarding. The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
