As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to better understand the unique needs of each individual, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilizing a diverse toolkit of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each method fits the client's specific context and preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous records of client sessions and treatment progress in adherence to HIPAA regulations and our internal policies to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
• Interacting with a collaborative treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Participating in regular supervision meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to continuously elevate our service delivery.
• Educating clients and their families about various mental health resources, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Keeping abreast of recent developments in the mental health field to ensure that approaches used in clinical practice are evidence-based and effective.

The clients you will serve will include a diverse array of individuals who experience varied mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Your expertise will be invaluable not only in providing therapy but also in contributing to the overall enhancement of their well-being and functional independence.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative treatment plans.
• A strong capacity for teamwork and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
