System Manager/ Quality & Risk Management

Essential Job Duties:

  • Maintain flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings as needed to attend meetings or out-of-town conferences
  • Broad general knowledge of structure, functions, and activities of a general acute care hospital
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Skilled in developing and delivering group presentations, including use of creative visual and teaching aids
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in quality improvement activities required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with management responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
  • Quality experience required. 
  • Willing to work toward (if not already certified) as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
