  • Promote and role-model a strong safety culture in partnership with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), establishing expectations and behaviors across the project management team that target zero OSHA recordable incidents and minimal disruption to business-critical facilities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external partners (e.g., City of South San Francisco, PG&E, alliance partners, consultants, contractors) to support efficient permitting, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with Roche directives, local building codes, fire protection regulations, procurement guidelines, Technical Standards, EHS policies, and sustainability principles and practices (e.g., LEED certification).

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), or Construction Management is required.

  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in project and program management, including 5+ years in senior project management roles leading complex capital projects.
  • Demonstrated success in real estate development, campus/urban planning, capital program development and implementation, and construction management.
