Job description


Church Description
Our new building will feature new spaces where you and your families can worship, and we can reach the greater community in the City of Chicago. Our new building will include the following amenities:
  • Multipurpose auditorium and event space that can accommodate up to 1,450 seats
  • Removable chairs to host worship services, weddings, expos, and more
  • Multipurpose classrooms for mid-week adult discipleship classes
  • Custom designed spaces for our children and families
  • Spaces for ministry opportunities to new and existing partners
  • Classrooms to host community workshops and classes
  • Youth and Young adult spaces

Once the intake closes, CEC will begin reviewing applications based on residency-prioritizing 27th Ward residents due to the project location-and experience. Please note: even though this is a union project, you should still apply even if you are not currently in a union trade. CEC will contact candidates by text and email to coordinate the required drug screening as the next step in the process.
