Apply 6-month contract position (potential to extend or convert) Hybrid, In-office 2-3 days / week Houston, TX 77056 Start date: Feb 16, 2026 Hourly Pay Rate: $65.00 - $70.00 Reports To: Senior Director, Project Management Office (PMO) Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Technical Project Manager to partner with Enterprise Integrations Leadership team. This role is critical to ensure organization, tracking, and delivery of the client's integrations across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, clear and concise communications, and creating and maintaining organization and structure for a large and globally dispersed team

This position requires strong planning skills, technical fluency, integrations experience, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, cross-functional environments with confidence and precision. If you are an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Technical Project Manager who thrives in complexity and can deliver results, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Organize, track and report on Enterprise Integrations - Lead and organize all aspects of enterprise integrations.

Plan and Sequence Work - Develop project plans, identify dependencies, critical paths, and sequencing across teams and systems. Drive Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate across business units, IT domains, and third-party vendors to align timelines, resources, and deliverables. Manage Risks and Dependencies - Anticipate integration challenges, identify risks early, and execute mitigation plans to maintain momentum.

Ensure Go-live Readiness - Oversee the launch to production of integrations. Maintain Transparency - Provide clear, consistent status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility and decision support. Uphold Governance and Standards - Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, change management processes, and enterprise technology standards.

Support Change and Adoption - Partner with business and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations, delivering a high-quality customer experience. Core Competencies Technical Project Leadership - demonstrates strong understanding of integrations, IT systems, infrastructure, and integration dependencies. Sequencing & Planning - builds and executes structured plans that account for interdependence and critical timing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - coordinates effectively with business, IT, infrastructure, and vendor teams to achieve integration goals. Risk Management - proactively identified issues and implements mitigation strategies. Accountability - takes ownership of results, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Communication Excellence - delivers clear, concise, and executive-ready communication in both written and verbal formats. Adaptability - thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT project management, managing large-scale technology projects with several integration endpoints.

Proven track record managing integrations. Deep knowledge of project management; PMP Certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Excellent organizational and technical skills; ability to translate complexity into actionable plans. What Success Looks Like Integration milestones are delivered on time and with minimal disruption. Leadership receives timely, accurate updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
