Senior Project Manager – Capital Projects Processing Equipment Installation and CommissioningOverview

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced industrial environments. You will take ownership of large-scale, multi-phase capital projects—driving execution from concept through commissioning—while influencing strategy, client relationships, and internal performance.

You won’t just manage projects—you’ll shape outcomes, mentor talent, and play a key role in how projects are delivered across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Project Leadership
  • Own full lifecycle execution of capital projects across engineering, design, procurement, construction, and startup phases.
  • Translate broad project objectives into clear execution strategies aligned with structured front-end planning methodologies.
  • Drive schedule, cost, and quality performance with a proactive, solutions-first mindsetClient & Stakeholder Influence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships grounded in delivery excellence.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
  • Experience in Chemical Processing, Oil/Gas, Bio-Refineries, Agricultural Chem or Food Flavors\Ingredients desirable.
  • At Least 8 years of experience managing complex industrial or engineering-driven projects
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-phase capital projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels
  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling tools, and structured project delivery methodologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to ~30% depending on project needs
