How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead teams to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, cultivating high performance and collaboration
  • Oversee, plan, monitor and manage risks while allocating resources for multiple projects from conception through implementation
  • Define and implement Spectrum Business' program management strategy, governance model and best practices
  • Partner with executives to set priorities, approve business cases and align projects with corporate strategy
  • Drive resource planning, capacity management and organizational impact in partnership with executive leadership
  • Serve as executive sponsor for critical programs, ensuring support and accountability across the organization
