Job Description We are seeking a Director, Development Finance (PTVS) to join our team. The role will manage all financial aspects of development accounting for PTVS, including budgeting, cash flow, cost tracking, and variance analysis. The position will partner with Business/Legal Affairs, Creative, Planning, Production Finance, and Financial Reporting. Responsibilities: Review term deal and development deal memos/contracts and update contractual financial and metadata in SAP. Review and issue the development commitment report for management reporting. Partner with Production Finance and Creative to track recoupment of term deal guarantees based on services delivered. Prepare quarterly budgets and estimates for commitments and cash. Aid in preparation of quarterly expense forecasts. Manage billing processes for coverage, co-development, and penalties. Review term deal overhead allocations. Determine initial spend dates for each development project to ensure proper expense recognition. Review reconciliation of BW reports to SAP quarterly. Coordinate internal and external audit requests quarterly. Maintain Purchasing Groups in SAP to enforce approver and approval amount guidelines. Supervise the PTVS Sr. Financial Analyst. Review and approve travel authorizations and monthly travel charges. Review payment requests, including monthly term deal overhead and guarantee payments. Review journal entries. Prepare quarterly corporate reporting schedules, including Balance Sheet deck, 10K/10Q Contractual Obligations, and Cadency reconciliations. Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance. 10 to 15 years of related work and managerial experience. Proficient Excel skills within Microsoft Office Suite. SAP and BW experience preferred but not required. Film finance experience preferable. Preferred Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Initiative and ownership to drive processes and results. Analytical and detail-oriented approach. Why TSR?
