Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; formulating policy; and developing and implementing new strategies, policies, and procedures. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and analytical skills. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports. Ability to train, supervise, and motivate employees.
Responsibilities:

  • Administers all financial affairs which includes budgeting, billing, collections, payroll, purchases, usage, and allocation of funds.
  • Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates. Ensures that employees are compliant with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Researches, develops, and implements policies to maximize space utilization and improve administrative processes, procedures, workflow, and worker productivity.
  • Develops, plans, organizes, and administers policies and procedures to ensure that administrative and operational objectives are met.
  • Ensures compliance with financial and institutional policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains comprehensive and current record keeping system of activities and operational procedures.
  • Liaises with internal and external constituencies.
