  • Partner with the interim Director of Engineering on knowledge transfer planning and milestones.
What You Will Bring
  • Eight or more years of operating experience in product, engineering, or program leadership, including chief of staff or directorโ€‘level operations roles.
  • Track record of running operating cadence for a multiโ€‘team product organization.
  • Strength in onboarding, knowledge management, and turning tribal knowledge into durable process.
  • Comfort working across vendor, contractor, and fullโ€‘time staff structures.
  • Strong written communication and a bias for clarity in writing decisions, status, and risk.
  • Background in a startup, earlyโ€‘stage, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Track record of using AIโ€‘enabled tools and practices to accelerate your work.
  • Enthusiasm for Stand Together's mission and principleโ€‘based approach.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
What We Offer
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.
  • A meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challenges.
  • Commitment to growth: Thrive in a nonโ€‘hierarchical environment that empowers employees to discover, develop and apply their unique talents.
