Job description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting procurement, inventory, and vendor operations? We’re partnering with a healthcare workforce nonprofit in Renton seeking a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to manage purchasing requests, inventory, corporate travel, and day-to-day operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, staying ahead of deadlines, and working across departments to keep operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Be Doing…
  • Coordinate procurement requests and process non-technical purchase orders for supplies across departments while following established purchasing policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory of instructional and general office supplies, including inventory maintained in off-site storage
  • Manage corporate travel accounts and coordinate detailed travel arrangements and itineraries for staff
  • Track travel changes and available credits while ensuring purchase and travel requests are processed accurately, timely, and cost-effectively
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, research purchasing options, and support three-bid and single-source procurement requirements
  • Receive and route incoming mail and packages, track shipments, and follow up on deliveries to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain procurement and inventory processes and SOPs, proactively resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or related operational functions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues

Additional Details

Location: Renton, WA – 100% onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Assignment: 6-month Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $28–$34 per hour

Requirements: Valid Washington State driver’s license and access to a reliable insured vehicle; successful completion of a background check. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
