Job Description:  

Strategic Leadership & Standardization 

  • Establish and implement a unified vision for Diagnostic Imaging across both campuses. 

  • Standardize imaging protocols, operational processes, and quality benchmarks. 

  • Lead service-line initiatives that support organizational goals and community needs. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Direct daily operations, ensuring effective staffing, workflow, equipment utilization, and patient throughput. 

  • Manage budgets, productivity, and supply/resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency. 

  • Ensure both campuses meet or exceed industry performance benchmarks. 

Workforce Management 

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. 

  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning. 

Quality, Safety, and Compliance 

  • Lead and sustain quality assurance programs, safety initiatives, and incident investigations. 

  • Maintain readiness for accreditation and regulatory inspections. 

  • Serve as a clinical instructor and support ongoing staff education. 

Technology & Workflow Optimization 

  • Oversee PACS functionality, database integrity, and clinician access. 

  • Collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to optimize workflow, improve turnaround times, and enhance physician satisfaction. 

Strategic Growth & Collaboration 

  • Support capital planning and technology acquisition.
