Job description

We are seeking a Director of Process Engineering to lead and optimize manufacturing processes across high-tech production environments. This role will oversee engineering teams responsible for improving production efficiency, yield, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage process engineering teams supporting manufacturing operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and production efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines
  • Partner with operations, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve production challenges
  • Oversee root cause analysis and corrective action plans for manufacturing issues
  • Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
  • Develop engineering standards and process documentation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments
  • 5+ years leading engineering or technical teams
