The Senior Data Science Manager, Predictive Analytics & AI โ€“ US Commercial will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing of machine learningand AI solutionsthat drive data-driven decision-makingacross the U.S. Commercial organization. This role partners closely with Insights& Analytics, EnterpriseData Management, InformationTechnology, and MedicalAffairs to developpredictive models and analytical solutionsthat generate actionableinsights into patientpopulationsandhealthcareprovider behavior. The successful candidatebrings deep biotech commercial acumen and strongexpertisein machine learning and AI todelivert timely ,innovative solutions thatinformstrategic decisionsand accelerate commercialgrowth.

This is a hybrid role to the Cambridge, MA office which requires an on-site presence3days per week.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Data Science Leadership
  • D esign, develop and validat e machine learning and predictive analytics-based solutions supportingU.S. Commercialfunction.
  • Evaluate business and analytical needs to select and implement appropriate statistical , machine learning, and AI methodologies that deliver meaningful insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, treatment patterns, and commercial opportunities.
  • Follow and refine best practicesfor model development, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
Patient and Provider Analytics
  • D evelo p , deployadvanced analytics, machine learning, andAI solutions togenerate actionable insightsinto patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, treatment patterns, anddisease progression.
  • Develop predictive modelsthat support patientidentification, segmentation, treatment initiation,adherence, persistence,and healthcare providerengagement strategies.
  • Integrate and analyzeclaims, electronic healthrecords (EHR), specialtypharmacy, and commercialdata to uncoveropportunities that improvepatient access, providerengagement, and commercialeffectiveness.
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, andInsights & Analytics teamsto translate patientand provider insightsinto evidence-basedbusiness strategies.
  • Communicate complex analyticalfindings clearly to leadership andcrossโ€‘functional teams.
Leadership and Performance
  • Support a cultureof innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, andtechnical excellence.
  • Manage external vendorsand consulting partners.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, orMaster's degree with 3+ years of experience, in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3 + years of experience supporting U.S. Commercial organizationswithin the pharmaceutical/biotechnologyindustry.
  • Strong programming skillsin PythonandSQL.
  • Experience with Databricks, SnowflakeandPowerBI.
  • Expertisein machinelearning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics,and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of commercialpharmaceutical data sourcessuch as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Komodo, or claimsand EHR datasets.
  • Excellent communicationand stakeholder managementskills.

Travel:Approximately10โ€“20% as needed

Additional Information
  • The base compensation range for this role is: $142,000.00-$190,000.00
  • Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills&experience, job location, and internal equity.
  • Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
