Job description

Position: Assistant Clinic Director (Registered Nurse)
Status: Full-Time
Location: Coppell, TX | Town Oaks Centre - COMING THIS FALL!
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Assistant Clinic Director, you will play a vital role in administering intravenous and intramuscular vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly to our clients, helping them optimize their health and wellness. This role requires precise venous access skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
OUR MISSION:
At IV Nutrition, our mission is simple: Optimal health and wellness; driven by you, supported by us. We believe in empowering individuals to take control of their health through education and affordable, natural medicine. Our team is passionate about creating meaningful connections with our clients, guiding them on their journey to achieve their health and wellness goals.
We are driven by our Core Values:

  • Knowledgeable: We stay informed and educated, providing expert care and advice.
  • Passionate: We are deeply committed to the well-being of our clients.
  • Balanced Leadership: We lead with a balance of empathy, wisdom, and strength.
  • Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of honesty and ethical conduct.
  • Partnership: We work collaboratively, respecting and valuing each member of our team and our clients.
  • Humility: We remain humble, always learning, and striving to improve.

YOU MIGHT BE A PERFECT FIT IF:
  • You’re a people person.
    • Clients feel at ease the moment you walk in. You're warm, curious, and genuinely love getting to know people.
  • You’re an IV pro.
    • 2+ years of vascular access experience and you're confident, precise, and calm under pressure — even with tough sticks.
  • You live the wellness lifestyle.
    • Health and longevity aren't just buzzwords to you — they're things you actually think about and prioritize for yourself.
  • You crave more balance.
    • You want to use your clinical skills in a setting that gives you energy instead of draining it.
  • You’re detail-oriented.
    • Accurate charting, thorough assessments, and safety are non-negotiables you take pride in.
  • You’re a natural educator.
    • You love explaining how the body works and helping clients understand what they're putting into it and why.

THE ROLE:
No two sessions are the same, but every one is yours to own. You'll greet clients, get to know their wellness goals, conduct a brief health assessment, and administer their IV therapy — all while creating an experience they'll want to come back for. Think less clinical transaction, more personalized wellness ritual.
  • Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations while maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations.
  • Start and monitor both IV therapy and IM injections with precision and care.
  • Conduct health assessments including vitals and contraindication screening.
  • Educate clients on their therapy and what to expect, ensuring a safe, high-quality, and welcoming patient experience.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support.
  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation during each session.
  • Support smooth clinic operations and a positive team environment.
  • Complete required training, staying current on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Assist Clinic Director in hiring functions including selection and development.
  • Maintain and create trust and respect between team members and clients quickly and effectively.
  • Assist in conflict resolution management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active RN License (REQUIRED)
  • BLS Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 2+ Years experience in vascular access or IV infusion therapy
  • Strong peripheral vein access skills – you take pride in a clean stick
  • Solid grasp of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical assessment
  • Excellent communicator who can put any client at ease
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a clinic setting

What if your career was the thing that was replenishing you?
If you’re an RN who’s passionate about wellness, loves connecting with people, and is ready for a change that still lets you do what you trained to do – we’d love to meet you.
