Your Path to Clinical Director:
This role is built to grow with you. You'll start hourly, working closely with our practice management consultant to help set up and optimize our CentralReach system from the ground up. You'll take on a small caseload of learners as we build out our client roster together, giving you hands on time with families and treatment plans. As your caseload and tenure grow, you'll transition into the full time Clinical Director position, with the salary, benefits, and leadership scope that come with it. It's a real opportunity to shape the clinical program you'll eventually lead.

CD Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

  • Partner with our consultant to build out and optimize our CentralReach practice management system

  • Take on a growing caseload of learners as we build our client roster together

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

CD Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

  • Starting Hourly: $90 to $110/hour, with a clear path to full time Clinical Director salary as caseload builds

  • Clinical Director Salary: $95,000 to $110,000/year, plus bonuses and benefits

  • Full Time: 40 hours/week

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

  • Location: Maryland

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
